Atulugama, Sri Lanka – Jamiah Inamil Hasan Arabic College, a prominent Islamic educational institution located in the western village of Atulugama, proudly marks over three decades of academic and spiritual service. Established on May 15, 1990, the college has grown remarkably from its humble beginnings to become a centre of excellence in Islamic education.
Founded by the late Marhoom Al Haj Hafeez — a renowned and respected preacher in Sri Lanka — the institution began with just two Aalims and eighteen students. Through the grace of Almighty Allah and the dedication of its leadership, the college now serves a student body of 300, supported by a committed team of 42 educators.
Situated approximately 30 kilometers from the capital, Jamiah Inamil Hasan Arabic College continues to uphold its mission of nurturing Islamic scholars and promoting religious values in the community. The college stands as a symbol of spiritual growth and educational empowerment in the region.
